Barbara qualified from the university of Kosice, Slovakia in 2000 and has been working in the United Kingdom since 2004. She has a vast knowledge in small animal medicine and if shes not at the surgery working away she can often be found walking up mountains.



Emma qualified from Liverpool University in 1994 and has always worked in small animal practice.  She enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a particular interest in surgery and is currently studying for the Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Soft Tissue Surgery).  She has 2 Labradors, Hebe and Crumble, and in her spare time enjoys outdoor sports especially horse-riding and skiing.

Alice graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2015 and joined Bishop Hendry & Edwards in November 2015. In her spare time she plays tenor horn with Telford Jubilee Band and also enjoys cycling and playing board games.

Jan has been a receptionist at the surgery for almost 7 years now and often says she has such a fantastic job.  Jan has a beautiful little dog called Alfie who keeps her busy when shes not at work.

Tracy has been a receptionist for almost 2 years now and can often be found cuddling the puppies and kittens on the reception desk. She has a beautiful little dog called Charlie that keeps her busy in her spare time. Although reception is very busy Tracy always finds her shifts interesting and enjoys meeting owners.

Jeanette is oneof our newer members of staff and has been with us on reception since 2017 and enjoys meeting new clients and their furry friends. Jeanette has a cat called Molly who keep her on her toes.

Sonja has been with the surgery since 2001 when she started as a receptionist and then became a nursing assistant. She has since been promoted to Senior Nursing Assistant and is a key member of our team. She has two dogs, three cats and enjoys walking. She is also a key member of the local community being vice president of the WI and Captain of the WI darts team.

Helen is part of the furniture at the surgery and has been here for over 25 years. She has recently been promted to Practice Manager but will still be seen doing the odd bit of nursing from time to time. As every one knows she loves her job and has a real passion for animals, large and small. She likes to play golf in her spare time and enjoys well deserved family time.

Charlotte joined the team in 2016 and has since been promoted to Head Nurse. She qualified from Harper Adams University in 2011 and enjoys running our nurse clinics. She has a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and a Pug that keep her busy in her spare time.

Sue has worked for the practice for over 19 years and is a valuable member of our team. She loves animals and has a real passion for horses.
